Recovery and medical services that relates to running / sports is very specialized and rather hard to find in Shanghai / China.

Below are a few places that I could recommend as knowing what they are talking about.

I have used their services and have found them very helpful in trying to get to the route coarse of the little strains and injuries we get from training and racing.

Some of the companies offer special packages and discounts if you come to them showing an Ultra Sport voucher.

Shanghai Chiropractic Clinic - I can personally recommend this place, I came back from the Gobi (2010) a little worst for wear and they fixed me up a treat.
